- Add lemon zest to lemonade concentrate in a pan & boil rapidly for about 5 minutes until syrupy then leave to cool
- Using an electric whisk, whisk egg whites until slightly stiff & frothy, then stir in lemonade concenrate, liquid glucose & colouring
- Cover the jug then pop in fridge for about 30 minutes to chill.
- Turn on ice cream machine paddles turning pour mixture in and wait 50 minutes until right consistany.
- Switch machine off then on again & press menu to mix and pour in chocolate drops or mix in by hand
- Turn machine off take paddles out and serve or put in a container & freeze,
